There are two types of BOU8 modules. The first type (bou8) is used when connecting type bo signals consisting of binary status and pulse length information. bo is denoted by pink color. Usually binary signals, however, are connected using type bin that consists solely of binary status information, and bou8b BOU8 module is used as in the example below.
I/O modules can not be connected without at least one function block as a "buffer". A ccoX function block is the safiest to be used for this.
Type in numbers for I/O rack (PIC 0..15), card slot (CARD 5..20) and channel (CHAN 0..7).
