Grading

Application programming is weighted more than theoretical problems so that two thirds of the maximum points can be achieved from application problems.

• Distributed Control System - basic idea, advantages and disadvantages of distribution; evolution of DCS's
• PID Controller from the beginning to, but not including, Loop Tuning
